Fried Fish with Brown Sugar


Fried Fish with Brown Sugar

1 black promfret
1 inch mince ginger
Some light brown sugar
Light soya sauce
Spring onion
Apply fish with small amount of salt on both side

Heat up wok
Med heat and fry the fish until brownish
Then put fish on a plate. Put the mince ginger on the fish, then spring onion then sprinkle brown sugar on top of the spring onion .
Then slowly pour the heated oil on the sugar.
Then pour the light soya sauce by the side of the fish.
Then serve hot. Drizzle some oil on your rice
