Ingredients:
Dried shrimp
Turnip (sengkuang)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
salt and sugar to taste
water
Methods:
1. Saute garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant.
2. Put in shredded turnip continue stirring untill all well combine.
3. Put in all the sauces ,sugar , salt , water and cook until turnip turn limp.
4. Dish up.
